Come and have a cup of tea
Sylviascreation is going to be present at the "smag i Sorø" Taste of Sorø - Food fair (på dansk). The purpose of the fair is to promote awareness of delicious quality food from our region - and be part of a happy experience for both visitors and stand holders. It is expected to have approx. 40 stands in the categories - farm shops, breweries, wine producers, bakeries, dairies, delicatessen, restaurants and booths with products related to food. Additionally, there will be various activities such as children, kitchen, working stands, etc...
So how does Sylviascreation fit in the picture? Well, I've been invited to participate in this fair to introduce my one cup tea cozy concept given I sever tea. So I got this brilliant idea to couple the good with the useful and contacted our local chocolaterie shop: Emilschokolade (tiny little shop packed with the best of the best: chocolate (Valrhona, Summerbird), tea (Kusmi), coffee (Illy) and much more. Visit Emilschokolade (Storgade 20 DK-4180 Sorø) when you are in Sorø and it is guaranteed that you will find something to your liking.
Tea and tea cozies are on the menu and I have been a busy bee making lots of tea cozies (which I'll be loading up to the shop) in one cup size, 2 cups teapot cozies and some big teapot cozies.
See you there!

a new arrival of a teapot cosy
I've finally managed to perfect the making of this new shape of a teapot cozy... it is big enough to cover a teapot of the capacity fo 2 max 3 cups. And I'm very happy for it...
I've used different thickness printed cottons: antique rose with tiny white polka dots, brown and white gingham, and the main feature is: Roses prints on turquoise.

the 2nd of the 2 cups teapot cozies
And here is the 2nd teapot cozy and I think that I really like them...

I've used different fabrics here: printed cottons and light weight linen, embelished with different red buttons.
